We2: Couple Games & Questions Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using We2: Couple Games & Questions ("We2", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by HeyIDB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use We2. Users under 18 are prohibited from creating an account or using the app.
3. User Accounts & Partner Pairing
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In managed by Firebase Authentication. We2 uses a unique pairing code system to connect you and your partner. Both partners must explicitly pair accounts to share answers and unlock couple features.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Renewal
Subscription Plan: We2 Pro Yearly
- Automatic Renewal: Automatically renews yearly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the trial/current period expiration.
- Billing: Processed exclusively by Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID settings or Google Play Store subscription management:
- iOS (Apple): iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Cancel We2 Subscription.
- Android (Google Play): Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Cancel.
Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Apple purchases follow Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund process. HeyIDB may issue one-time courtesy refunds at our sole discretion, but approval is not guaranteed. Refunded subscriptions immediately lose premium access.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
We2 uses the Google Gemini API to generate couple questions, games, and reflections. AI content is provided on an "AS IS" basis for entertainment and relationship bonding. AI outputs do not constitute licensed therapy, medical diagnosis, or psychological advice.
7. User Content & Acceptable Use
You retain ownership of text and answers you submit. You grant HeyIDB a limited operational license to display and sync your content for your paired relationship. You agree not to upload illegal, harassing, or harmful content, or attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the app.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The app is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyIDB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage or AI outputs.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
