We2 collect only what’s necessary to provide a safe, personalized experience.

a. Information You Provide

• Account Data: When you sign in (via google), we verify your identity using gmail authentication provided by Firebase.
• Profile Data: Optional name, avatar, or language preference.
• Partner Pairing: A 6-character pairing code links you and your partner. No one else can access this connection.
• Answers & Questions: Your answers, question, and chat activity are stored securely in Firebase Firestore for sync and retrieval.

b. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and crash logs (for app performance).
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous interaction data (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve user experience.
• Firebase Tokens: Used for push notifications to deliver partner messages or summaries.

c. AI Interaction Data

When you generate AI questions (via Gemini), anonymized text may be processed through secure APIs solely to generate content — not for AI training or profiling.

3. How We Use Your Information

We2 uses collected data to:

• Generate and personalize your question sets.
• Pair and sync your data securely between you and your partner.
• Display weekly summaries and progress analytics.
• Improve app performance, localization, and reliability.
• Send notifications about new question sets, answers, or feature updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising.

4. Data Sharing & Security

a. With Your Partner

Only your paired partner can view your shared questions and answers.

b. With Service Providers

We use trusted services for secure data handling:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics.
• Gemini API (Google): AI question generation.

All data transfers use SSL/TLS encryption, and Firebase data is stored under Google Cloud’s ISO/IEC 27001-certified infrastructure.

c. With Legal Authorities

We may disclose limited data if required by law or to respond to lawful government requests.

5. Data Retention

• We retain user data as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, your pairing, questions, and answers are permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access or correct your personal data anytime.
• Delete your account.

• Withdraw consent by uninstalling the app.

7. Children’s Privacy

We2 is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
