By downloading, installing, or using Clues: AI Health & Symptom Tracker ("Clues", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Clues is a personal health, habit, and symptom tracking application designed to help users log daily factors and discover potential correlations using on-device AI.
3. Not Medical Advice

Clues is intended for informational and educational purposes only. The app, its AI-generated insights, and its tracking features do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, symptoms, or health concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the Clues app.
4. User Data and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Clues is designed as an offline-first application.
- All health and symptom data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device.
- We do not sync, store, or transmit your health data to our servers.
- AI analysis is performed locally on your device where supported (e.g., Apple Intelligence).
Because data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for securing your device (e.g., using a passcode) and backing up your device to prevent data loss. We cannot recover lost data. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. User Conduct
By using Clues, you agree that you will not:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the app.

All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other matters related to the Clues app are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, or use of any such materials is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Clues, its creators, HeyIDB, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of health insights, or any physical or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
