1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Refind — Find What You Found Before ("Refind", "we", "us", or "our"), published and operated by HeyIDB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Refind provides a local-first mobile application that allows users to save, bookmark, tag, annotate, and search links and personal notes. The service operates locally on your personal device.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for the links, content, and notes you store within Refind. You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purposes or to violate intellectual property rights of third-party content creators.
4. Refind Pro Subscriptions & Purchases
Refind may offer optional premium features (such as Refind Pro) as an in-app purchase or lifetime license.
- Payment & Billing: Payments are processed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
- Restore: You may restore your previous purchases anytime via the Refind Settings screen.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Refind is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. HeyIDB shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from device malfunction, operating system updates, or user uninstallation.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
