Leo: 21 Day Challenge Privacy Policy

Welcome to Leo: 21 Day Challenge ("Leo", "we", "our", or "us"). Leo is designed to help you track your 21-day challenges and build consistent daily habits. Because personal goals are deeply private, we built Leo with absolute privacy as our core principle.

By using our app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect (And Where It Stored)

Leo operates under a strict offline-first, local-only architecture.

a. Habit & Challenge Data

• Daily Progress: Any information you log regarding your active challenges, completed days, custom reasons, and daily reminders.
• Where it is stored: All of this data is stored locally on your device using a secure on-device database (ISAR). It is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.

b. Automatically Collected Data

• Crash Analytics: We may collect anonymous crash logs strictly to identify and fix bugs. These logs do not contain any of your personal habit entries.

3. How We Use Your Information

Because your data remains on your device, we do not "use" your data in the traditional sense. The app locally processes your data to:

• Display your history of habits and streaks.
• Generate visual progress indicators (like progress bars and colored icons).
• Trigger local push notifications to remind you to complete your daily challenges.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal habit data with anyone.

Because we do not sync your data to the cloud, we physically cannot access your entries or share them with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

5. Data Security

Your data's security is tied directly to your device's security. We strongly recommend securing your smartphone with a strong passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect the local database where Leo stores your information.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the app installed.
• You can permanently delete all of your data at any time by simply uninstalling the app from your device.

7. Children’s Privacy

Leo does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our app's features or legal requirements. Any updates will appear in-app and on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of Leo means you accept the updated terms.
